We are so excited that our premium quality baked goods are now available for shipping from the oven of our cozy little East Village NYC shop to the comfort of your own home. Our love and attention goes into all that we do- we hope that you will taste it with every bite that you take.

All of our baked goods should be enjoyed upon arrival for best texture and flavor.  If you happen to take your time to enjoy the flavors the cookies will be most comfortable kept refrigerated in an airtight container or at the our tin box in a cool place. The babka can be sliced and frozen, then toasted when you're ready to enjoy. Please pay attention to the 'best by' date on your gift box, generally 2 weeks after the date they were shipped. Since all of our cookies are handmade and one-of-a-kind, there may be slight variations in size and shape from one to the next. Because of this, your gift box may be moderately different than the one you see on our website or prior orders. 
Ingredients, storage, and serving information for all our products are available on our web site. Many of our cookies and baked goods contain nuts and all of our products are produced in an environment where nuts are present. 

General Ordering and Shipping Information
Zucker Bakery is an artisan bakery, coffee, & teashop located at 433 East 9th street, at the beautiful tree lined east 9th street in the heart of the East Village in New York City. We invite you to visit our lovely place and enjoy not only a larger variety of baked goods and food, but also our special blends of teas, our freshly brewed Stumptown coffee, and us, the people behind the sweets.

Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Order fulfillment may require up to 72 hours for the shipment to leave our store.  We process and ship packages Monday through Friday with the exception of high holidays. Transit times may vary based on the level of delivery service you choose and the recipient’s location.

Please note: The delivery guarantee applies only to the supplied shipping address(es). Our online shopping cart captures the information exactly as you enter it, so please review your information carefully before completing your order.

All orders are shipped from our store in New York City by FedEx. Please note that FedEx operates Monday through Friday, with Saturday pickup and delivery available in many areas for an additional charge.

Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
As our products are made with lots of love and require special attention, we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated based on our current negotiated rates with FedEx based on the total weight and dimensions of the boxed order. You may review an estimated shipping cost while shopping on our site at any time by simply viewing your cart. You can also visit

You can track your order directly at Once your order ships in motion, you will receive a confirmation email with your order tracking number. Copy and paste the tracking number into the field provided on the FedEx Track by Tracking Number page, then click on the Track button.

Return & Exchanges
Zucker bakery products are all hand made daily using only fresh quality ingredients. All of our baked goods are carefully inspected to insure the highest quality for which we are known. All items are baked, packed, and shipped out of our bakery. All sales are final we do not handle returns or exchanges. However, if you are unhappy with your order, or have any complaints, or for any reason you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please contact us immediately by email or phone 646-559-8425 and we will do our very best to accommodate your request and make sure you are happy. 

We ask that all requests for refunds or complaints of damaged goods are placed within 48 hours of order receipt. If you believe that your order received damaged, please take a photo of the original packaging (including the box the order was shipped in), and email to us at:  we may request our shipper pick these up to be returned for our quality control, so please do not discard any of the product or packaging before we talk.

Zucker Bakery respects your privacy. Using only the industry’s best practices, we are committed to keep any information you might share with us private, safe and secure.

This Privacy Policy covers any personal obtains from you when you making your purchase or contacting us via email. This policy does not cover the practices of any other company application or third parties involved. We would not share, sell, or rent any information you shared with us for the purpose of your purchase. However, we may share your personal information with companies that perform services for us, such as fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mails, analyzing customer data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments. Personal information may only be disclosed if required by law.

The personal information you share with us may be used for internal purposes only, such as order history, status, tracking and confirmation, subscription services (e.g. catalogs and e-mail newsletters advertising of new products, services, and special offers), and analyzing internal trends and statistics.

We take a very active approach at combating fraud and theft, both with orders placed for our products and keeping your information safe and secure. It is a violation of State and Federal law to place orders under a false name or with an invalid or stolen credit card. We will take all steps possible to prosecute all people placing fraudulent orders to the fullest extent of the law possible. If we deem any order has a potential for fraud, we may require additional information to confirm the validity of your order and may decide on our own terms to void the order and shipping.

Your personal information and payment information is always secure. We use the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to guarantee the security of your transactions and your information. We do not keep your credit card number after your purchase.
